AIR-LAND INTEGRATION ENHANCEMENT IN NATO CONFERENCE

CONFERENCE GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Joining Instructions: In order to keep the conference in appropriate order and to ensure that your visit proceeds without interruptions, please: COMPLETE ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM HERE  NLT NOVEMBER 10.

2. Accomodation: All participants are kindly asked to make their own arrangements for accommodation. Possible accommodations will be listed on the ALIƏN Conference website under the About Conference/directions page.

3. Transportation from the Airport/Train Staion will not be provided by PAF University

4. Access to PAFU: Short-term military base access passes will be provided by PAFU based on the information provided in the Registration Form. Please ensure you bring valid Passport/ID(the same as stated in Registration Form) to enable entry to the military base. All participants are requested to arrive at Main Gate Pass Office shown on the map here. MAGIS Personnel will be at the gate to assist and disseminate Conference ID Cards Day 1 starting 0740 LT.

5. Local Transportation: Local bus transportation between Main Gate Pass Office and Industry Venue can be provided upon request. Military/Rental vehicles will be authorised to enter the military base at the main gate after providing Main Gate Pass Office with: Make, Model and Registration Numbers (whenever known please provide in Registration Form)

6. Conference Attire: All meetings will be conducted in uniform of the day (e.g. flight suit/BDU/civilian suit) except for the social events, which will be smart casual (jacket, no tie).

7. Conference Fee: The Conference fee will be 100 Euro per person and will be accepted via bank transfer on the account number provided on the Conference Fee page.

9. Conference information on classification: Intent is to keep all briefs at the unclassified level. In case selected briefs are classified, (not higher than Restricted)we will notify the audience - TBD in Conference Agenda
